- A chance for 3-4 years of free college for Minneapolis and St. Paul students through a combination of the CFT program and the “Power of You” at Minneapolis Community & Technical College (MCTC), Metro State University, and St. Paul College
Students who are older and looking for more flexibility in their schedule and, perhaps, to catch up on credits or earn their diploma as quickly as possible, can choose an individualized program that includes opportunities for self-directed study.
