The special education department is comprised of case managers, paraprofessionals, school social workers, an Indian Home School Liaison, a work force coordinator and various contracted professionals. We provide the supports and skills our students need to maximize success in the general education setting and life beyond high school. To this end, we strive to provide academic services in the general education setting. School social workers are on site to assist students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Also, a work force coordinator is on site to help with post-secondary needs. We provide a low student to case manager ratio in order to ensure each student receives the individual support they need to be successful in reaching their goals.
College & Career Readiness:
This course will help students to 1) explore their post-secondary options, 2) gain the skills and experience necessary to be successful in college and/or career, and 3) complete the steps required to pursue their college and career goals.
