  1. Call a provider to ask if they have openings and whether you qualify for free or sliding-fee care.
  2. Ask what to bring (proof of income/household size) for sliding-fee eligibility.
  3. Ask about telehealth if transportation or scheduling is hard.
  4. Request school help—our counseling staff can assist with referrals and logistics.
  5. For emergencies or immediate safety concerns, call 988 or the local crisis line above.
